She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence B. Davis and Margaret Lucretia Bacon Davis; her siblings, Mary Estridge, Ann Mills, Retta Rickard, Peggy Beard, Harold Davis, Winston Davis, Russell Davis and Bo Bo Davis; and her brother-in-law John T. Hazlerig.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Lynn Johnson (Rusty) and Tony Hazlerig; her grandsons, Dustin Johnson (Michelle) and John Johnson (Carley); her great grandchildren, Halie Johnson, Braden Johnson, Mac Johnson, Charlee Johnson and Tatom Johnson; her great great grandchild Blakelee Williams; her stepchildren, Katie Rickard (Doug) and Andy McKnight (Anita); and her stepgrandsons, Zach Rickard (April) and Colton McKnight.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Davis Cemetery.
