She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Carl Stem and Dorothy May Rhodes Stem; her former husband Jimmy Blincoe; her husband Lawrence Eugene Ellis; and her son James Randell Blincoe.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Dale Blincoe (Rose Marie) of Covington and Ronnie Glenn Blincoe of Mason, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Anthony Rudicil (Kay) of Covington, Kimberly Marie Wilharm of Boulder, Kayla Marie Blincoe of Covington and Andrew Paul Blincoe (Kaylee) of Hickman, Kentucky. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
