He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynch Davis and Nervie Davis (Cook); his son Kody; and his sister Inell Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Davis (Loy); his siblings, Argil Buckner (Paul), Blanche, Ben and Wayne Davis; and his in-laws, Judy, David Rigsby, Kathy, Steve Irick, Earl, Jr., Sharon Loy, Jeannie, Gary Moore, Renée and Mark Bills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trinity Funeral Home (228 Main St, Maynardville, TN 37807). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Loyston Memorial Gardens (Maynardville, TN 37807).
