He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his daughter Erin; his brothers, Chris (Dawn) and T. J. (Jennifer); his nieces, Chloe, Hannah and Olivia; his uncle Mike Evans (Amy); and his cousins, Cali, Joe and Jack.
