He is survived by: his son Jerry Kiser; his partner Sandy Heath; his stepdaughters, Kristy Muncey (Brandon) and Tiffany Ford (Lee); and his siblings, Jackie Kiser, Kenneth Kiser (Jessica), Handy Kiser, Elmer Kiser (Lisa), Joe Kiser (Sheila), Betty Hankins (Bill), Wanda Foust (Joe), Mary Lee (Wayne), Lynn Henderson, Wilma Jones and Debra Middleton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
