He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Kiser and Pauline Kiser; and his brothers, Billy and Johnny Kiser. He is survived by: his son Jerry Kiser; his partner Sandy Heath; his stepdaughters, Kristy Muncey (Brandon) and Tiffany Ford (Lee); and his siblings, Jackie Kiser, Kenneth Kiser (Jessica), Handy Kiser, Elmer Kiser (Lisa), Joe Kiser (Sheila), Betty Hankins (Bill), Wanda Foust (Joe), Mary Lee (Wayne), Lynn Henderson, Wilma Jones and Debra Middleton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A procession was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A burial was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kiser Family Cemetery.
