He was predeceased by: his wife Doris (Selvidge); his daughter Sandy Reagan Graves; his parents, Leslie Graves and Anna Jane Graves (Dyke); and his siblings, Jess Graves, Pearl, Bertie Campbell (Robert), Loretta "Tom" Padgett (Leonard), Jean Neely (Dewey), Charlie "Red", Bill (Betty) and Roy (Aileen).
He is survived by: his children, Debbie McMahan, Colleen Beeler (Denny), Jack Reagan (Lynn) and Coy Robert II Graves (Melissa). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
