She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory McKinley Warwick and Lena Evelyn Warwick (Mahan); and her aunt Emmie Davis. She is survived by: her husband Marcus Washam; her daughter Deidra McDade (Dee Dee); her grandchildren, Avery, Emory and Wiley McDade; her brother David McKinley Warwick (Mary); her niece Holly Adams (Mike); and her close friends, Debbie Parrott and Shirley Bayless.
