He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Orth and Joseph Orth; his son Tim Orth (George Timothy); his former wives, Zoe Nunes (Zelda) and Paulette Madrid; and his siblings, Arthur, Auggie (August), Ritchey (Richard), Joe (Joseph) and Mary Louise.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Julie Nunes, Denise Madrid and Russell Maddox; his children, Zakaria, Rae Ann, Alicia Maddox, Aaliya, Dayton and Kai; his wife Linda Orth; his daughter Lou Anne (George); his stepsons, Donny and Charles; his grandchildren, Joseph (Janet), Jake (Jacob), Gena (Rodney), Jordan and Jessica (Eric); his great grandchildren, Noah and Isaiah; his grandchildren, Natalee, Nehoa, River, Heidi, Eva, Liam, Maximus, Elena, Nadia and Elsie; and his great great grandchild Aria.
A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Natural Burial Ground Upper Cemetery, Narrow Ridge Earth Literacy Center (1936 Liberty Hill Rd, Washburn, TN 37888).
