He was predeceased by: his parents, Conley Cassidy and Ellen Cassidy; his brother Clyde Shipley; and his nephew Clark Cassidy. He is survived by: his daughter Emily Muse (Dennis); his grandchildren, Jesse Muse, Carly Muse, Greg Middleton III and Emma Middleton; his former wife Cathy Harper; his brothers, Bill Shipley and Steve Cassidy (Cindy); and his sister-in-law Shelia Shipley.
