He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Arnwine and Pearl Arnwine; and his sister Brenda White. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Arnwine, Larry Arnwine (Teresa), Tommy Arnwine (Kim), David Arnwine (Terrie) and J. C. Arnwine; and his niece Lisa Mantooth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Joppa Elementary School, Rutledge in memory of Herbert.
