He is survived by: his son John (Angela); his granddaughter Courtney Collins; his siblings, Paul, Jean Ann Collins, Bill, Emma Collins, Dale Collins, Anne, Larry Walker, Phil, Chantay Collins, Benny Collins, Shelia, Kenny Mason, Renee and Loren Davis; and his close friend Judy Omos. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great- nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
