Though Jackie may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lora Jean Russell Oaks and Earl Thomas Oaks; and his brother Gene Oaks. He is survived by: his girlfriend Wanda Garrison; his nieces, Crystal (Mark Caldwell) and Shelley Oaks; and his stepson Dustin Miles.
A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:45 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807).
