He is survived by: his wife Judy Collins; his sons, David Yadon and Justin Collins; his daughter-in-law Maegan Yadon; his grandson-in-law Bradley Warwick; his granddaughter Hayley; his great grandchild Luke; his brothers, Ricky, Danny and Lanny; and his friends, Earl Ailor, Chester Sturgeon, Gary Kitts and Jim Greene.
