He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Lillian and Reverend Conley Austin Collins; his daughter Temeriah Danielle Collins; his parents-in-law, Paul Keck and Valalee Smith; his siblings, Robert, John, Jerry, Jack Collins, Gaynell Cox, Nancy Carter, Mary Tolliver and Shirley Collins; and his great-nephew Riley Tolliver.
He is survived by: his wife Chantay Collins; his son Andrew Collins; his granddaughters, Kyla, Skyley and Ivy Collins; his siblings, Paul (Jean Ann), Bill (Emma), Dale, Benny Collins, Anne Walker (Larry), Sheila Mason (Kenny) and Renee Davis (Lorne); and his siblings-in-law, Leticia Hundley (Horace), Marvin and Kevin Keck (Libby). He is also survived by many nieces, nephew, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
