He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Collins and Mossie Collins (Vandergriff); and his siblings, Bootsie Collins, Joe Collins, Harley Collins, Roy Collins, Robert Vandergriff, Gary James Wood, Earl Collins, Roger Collins, Sr., Geraldine Bailey, Laura Bailey and Thelma Wood.
He is survived by: his sister Edna Perry of Luttrell; and his nieces, Eva McMillan of Maynardville and Vickie Gibbons of Knoxville. He is also survived by brother and sister and ur mom and dad I'm praying for the family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A procession will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A burial will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dyer Cemetery (169 Misty View Ln, Powder Springs, TN 37848).
