He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Oxendine, Sr. and Geneva Oxendine; and his brothers, Ronnie and Gary Oxendine. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Oxendine Todl, William H. Oxendine, III, Logan Oxendine, Billee Oxendine and Ronnie Oxendine. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Trinity Funeral Home (228 Main St, Maynardville, TN 37807). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at the Ousley Cemetery (218 Heiskell Road, Maynardville, TN 37807).
