She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Cox and Stella Cox; and her brother Alco Cox. She is survived by: her children, Jared, Mary Effler, Carl, Jane Hansen, Jacob and Lauren Effler; her grandchildren, Neilea Hansen, Katy Beth Effler, Eben Hansen, Mia Effler, Asher, Atlee and Ansley Effler; and her siblings, Millie Hartgrove, James, Ruth Sexton, Connie Nicely and Tim Cox. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, Winnie requested that donations be made to the Effler Cemetery.
