He is survived by: his wife Nancy Farris Lewis; his children, Charles Lewis (Janet), Keith Lewis (Melody) and Amy Cagle (Dewaine); his sister Tana Sue Lawson; his grandchildren, Kyle Lewis (Lauren), Evan Lewis (Mikaela) and Ryan Lewis; his great grandchild Caden Doolin; his nephews, Justin Lawson and Shaun Lawson (Shea); his niece Kristian Graves (Sam); and his cousins, Martha Clark, Susan Headrick (Steve), Randall Morgan (Darleen) and Steven Peden (Annette). He is also survived by extended family and many wonderful friends and neighbors.
