He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sliger Howard; his children, Noel Scott (Becky), Mickey Scott (Samantha), Rhonda Cross and Marquitta Kelly (Kevin); his sister-in-law Mary Howard; his grandchildren, Josh, Jessica Scott, Joseph, Brad Cross, Colton, Kerstien Scott and Kala Efaw; his great grandchildren, Addison, Kinlee Cross, Tylan Hobbs, Madeline Scott, Karly and Thomas Kelly; and his close friend Jerry Samples. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
