He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Henry Brown, Sr. and Margaret Rena Lawson Brown; and his sisters, Sue, Elaine, Johnnie Ruth and Aileen.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Susie" Brown of McDonald, TN; his children, Dana Brown Dempsey of Cleveland, TN and Millard H. Brown, III (Sidney) of Ooltewah, TN; his grandchildren, Elliot Snyder (Lora), Haley Wysong (Michael), Blake Snyder, Julia Brown and Caleb Brown; his great grandchildren, Easton, Colton, Peyton, Britton, Micah, Wyatt, Livvy and Sawyer; his brother Tim Brown (Autumn) of Ooltewah, TN; and his stepbrother Gary Willbanks of Tiftonia, TN. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home (7414 Old Lee Hwy, Chattanooga, TN 37421). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Forest Hills Cemetery (4016 Tennessee Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37410).
