He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Couch and Laura Belle Couch; and his brothers, Wendell Couch and Wesley Couch. He is survived by: his children, Ashleigh Sexton (Nick), Megan Ellison (Brad) and Ethan Couch (Trusann); his grandchildren, Sky Ellison, Emery Couch, Lyric Cantrell, Kailey Cantrell and Cameron Dwyer; and his wife Donna Ellison.
