She is survived by: her parents, Charles Lee Phy and Mary Jane Phy; her husband Eric Jernigan; her sons, Colton Lee Jernigan and Charles Edward Jernigan; her sister Laura Hill (John); her sister-in-law Patricia Seiber; her father-in-law Malcolm Jernigan; and her nephew Jack Hill.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Erin United Methodist Church (40 E Walnut St, Erin, TN 37061). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
