He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lucille, Virgil Moore and Herman Rye. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Randal Moore and Ava Rye Hinson (Mark); his daughter Parker Moore; his aunts, Marilyn Shepard (James) and Amy Gardner; his grandmother Alneita Rye; and his cousins, Raphael Shepard, Virgil Shepard, Cameron Shepard and Macy Browning. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, and in honor in Jeremy's memory, the family has asked that donations be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
