He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Eugene Felts and Bessie Louise Lomax; and his wife Betty Felts. He is survived by: his children, Michael Lee Felts of McEwen, TN and Cindy Michelle Mason (Jimmy) of White Bluff, TN; his siblings, Rick Felts (Francis) of Vanleer, TN, Pam Greene (Jack) of Hendersonville, TN, Barbara Newberry of Dickson, TN, Mitzi Rodgers (Mike) of Kingston Springs, TN and Scott Felts of Dickson, TN; and his grandson Dalton Mason. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
