It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Leon Ard (McKenzie, Tennessee), who passed away on July 11, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Ard and Dormilee White Ard; his daughter Sandy K. Ard; and his brother Jerry Ard. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Ard of McKenzie; his daughters, Shari Chapman (Danny) of Lavitee, MO, Kelly Ford (Dave) of Fenton, MO, Letha Groom (Bill) of Lake Wells, FL, Jo Bicskei (Be'la) of Rapid City, SD and Bethany Grey of Johnson City, TN; his siblings, Kathy Caltry of New York, Dale Ard of Herber Springs, AR and Ronnie Ard (Pat) of St. Charles, MO; and his grandchildren, Naomi Collison (Jason), William Grooms IV, Amanda Hanson (Harry), Justin Chapman (Daniel), Nicholas Chapman (Alex), Amanda Chapman (Alex), Kirsten (Joe), Rosemary Ford, Kaitlin Ford, James Grey, Wolf Grey, Shawn Ard and Anna Abeling. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
