He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Adams and Jane Adams. He is survived by: his spouse Kathryn M. Adams; his children, Meagan Hoffman, James Hoffman (Jody) and Allison Dalzell (Jeff); and his siblings, Cliff Adams (Susan), Angela Holmes and Todd Adams (Gina). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; 11 Nieces and nephews.
