In the vast expanse of eternity, Danny shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Danny farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl Melton and Madeline McFadden Barker. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Joe Melton of Gleason and Jantzen Melton of Gleason; his siblings, Tracy Legens (Rick) and Robert Earl Melton of McKenzie; and his grandchildren, Taylore Crawford (Kyle), Tanner Melton and Brantzen Melton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home (1740 Cedar St, McKenzie, TN 38201).
