He was predeceased by : his parents, Edmond Newbill and Joyce Churchwell Newbill; his wife Joann Newbill; and his son Caleb Newbill. He is survived by : his daughter Meagan Schweitzer (Scott) of Medina; his sisters, Karen Matyzyk, Jeanine Weakley and Jenna Cagle; and his grandchildren, Elise, Andrew, Paul Schweitzer and Kaydence Newbill.
