He was predeceased by : his parents, Clint Travis and Mabel Blaylock Travis; his wife Lois Jean Travis; and his brother Donald Travis. He is survived by : his son Clay Travis of McKenzie; and his grandsons, Lucas Travis and Chase Travis.

A graveside service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Everett's Chapel Cemetery.
