He was predeceased by: his parents, H. C. Ross and Asenath Matilda Owen Ross; his wife Shirley Collier Ross; his daughter Gina Ross Jaillier; and his siblings, Ruth Owen, Eugene Ross, Earl Ross, Willard Ross, Burnice Ross and Elvin Ross.

He is survived by: his son Charles Ross (Debbie) of Gleason; his brother Paul Ross (Sherry) of Greenfield; and his grandchildren, Logan Ross, Cameron Ross and Hannah Walker (Ben). He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
