He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie Allen and Artie Lisse Ervin Allen; his children, Amanda Murray and Jeremy Allen; and his siblings, Helen Crowder, Pearl Gillette, Carolyn Roedel and Howard Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Noble Allen; his siblings, Betty Burke, Sarah Bartholomew, Kay Beal (Charlie), Gene Allen (Sally), William Allen, Jimmie Allen (Liz), Thomas Allen (Susan) and Donnie Allen (Jackie); his grandchildren, Amber Alexander (Blake), Jacob Allen (Mary) and Savanna Murray; and his great grandchildren, Chance Alexander and Chase Alexander.
