She was predeceased by: her father Junior Perry. She is survived by: her mother Lova Jean Perry; her children, Chasity Crafton (Johnny) of Bruceton, Jennifer Baine (Justin) of Henderson, Jordan Dew (Stephen) of McKenzie and Matt Ross (Audra) of Henderson; her brother Sherman Perry of Gleason; her close friends, Sandra Lewis and Wendy Paschall; and her grandchildren, Madison Blakeman, Evan Blakeman, Macie Sellers, Hunter Baine, Gabrielle Crafton of Gage Crafton, C. J and R. L. Dew.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Oakwood Room of Chase Funeral Home (21190 E Main St, Huntingdon, TN 38344). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home (21190 E Main St, Huntingdon, TN 38344).
