She is survived by: her husband David Forrest; her children, Jeff Forrest, John Forrest and Samantha Blankenship of McKenzie; her siblings, Donna Smith (Todd) of Michigan, Stacy Willis (Brad) of Jackson, Angela Turnbow, Tracy Borum (Billy), Angela Barnes of Bradford, Carl Turnbow of McKenzie, Kelly Turnbow McKenzie, Michael Turnbow (Rachel) of Big Sandy and Billy Joe Reynolds of Alabama; and her grandchildren, Zoey Forrest, Bryson Poore, Coby Poore, Sophia Forrest and Nathan Forrest.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home (1740 Cedar St, McKenzie, TN 38201). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
