He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Williams of McMinnville; his children, Misty Harbin of McMinnville, Matthew Harbin of Rock Island and Christie Fults (Brandon) of Rock Island; his grandchildren, Tristin King, Ashley King, Emily King, Sara King, Scarlet Harbin, Emily Fults and Jacob Fults; his great grandchildren, Kayson King and Kinzley King; and his siblings, Jean Harbin Vann of Ooltewah, TN, Curley Harbin (Patricia) of McMinnville, Anthony Harbin of McMinnville and Tina Marie Harbin of Avon Park, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
