"Bill" Griffith; her siblings, James Willard (Maude), Ben Willard, Carter Willard (Ruby), Elmo Willard (Ruth), Mattie Nichols (Wiley), Lillie Willard, Dr. Frank Willard (Katherine) and Carrie Mae Willard; and her siblings' children, Loretta Chapman and Eddie Nichols.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Haley (Richard) of McMinnville, Alicia "Lisa" Bridges (Mark) of McMinnville and Anthony Griffith of McMinnville; and her sibling's children, Carta Marie Willard Gaither, Linda Ammerman (Donald), Donna Nichols, Danny Nichols (Claudia), Jim Willard (Melony), Bro. Brett Cook, Sr., Lindsey Cook, Brett Cook, Jr., Sarah Smartt (Garrett), Deborah Cook, Silas Cook, Thomas Cook and Rhonda Richards.
