He was predeceased by: his parents, John Woods and Careen Gray Woods; his former wife Marilyn Kaye Woods; and his wife Bettye Bouldin Woods. He is survived by: his children, Brian Woods, II of Kennewick, WA, Christopher Woods (Kristin) of Wasilla, AK, Kimberly Woods of McMinnville and Debie Hartl of McMinnville; his grandchildren, Patrick Odineal, Matthew Odineal, Dylan Hartl, Brianna Hartl, Helen Hartl, Dalton Hartl and Paul Woods; and his siblings, Carrol Woods (Donna "Cookie") of Irving, TX and Judith Templeton Hackworth of McMinnville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the High Funeral Home (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110). The military honors will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at the VFW Post 5064 and American Legion Post 173.
