He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Cecil and Dora Lou Rogers Bradshaw; his parents-in-law, Mildred Lee Gravitt (M. C.), Anna Bell Sherrill (William), Alvin Britton Bradshaw (Betty), Molly Juanita Jones (Paul), Frances Virginia Page (William E.), William Frealin Bradshaw and James Edward "Jim" Bradshaw (Wanda); and also Ginny Lee Prince.

He is survived by : his wife Janice Ruth Fults Bradshaw of McMinnville, TN; his daughters, Denise Prince (Ronnie) of McMinnville, TN and Amy Bush (Matt) of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandsons, Cody Prince of McMinnville, TN, Cory Prince (Kelsey) of McMinnville, TN, Ian of Murfreesboro, TN and Landon Bush of Murfreesboro, TN; his great grandchild Odie Lee Prince; his stepgranddaughter Julia Prince; his siblings-in-law, Martha Bradshaw of Tullahoma, TN and Clark Fults (Kathy) of McMinnville, TN; his daughter Pam Reynolds of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Bethany and Michael of Jacksonville, FL; and his cousins, Glenda Malone, Sandra Freeze, Brenda Cripps and June Vanatta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
