Clayta McGee Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2025, at the age of 81, Clayta McGee of McMinnville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Dillard and Edna Lee Powell Taylor; her daughter Jessica McGee Jacobs; her sister Ann Milstead; her parents-in-law, Alton and Gladys McGee; her niece Aleesha Butcher; her brothers-in-law, Eugene Milstead and Dwight Pearsall; and also Danny Lee Herrin, Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Romero (Stanley) of McMinnville; her grandchildren, Maelee McGee Ramirez (Maleke), Tristen McGee Jacobs, Gracie Herrin, Serenity Jordan and Harmony Jordan; her siblings, Kathy Pearsall and Bobby Taylor; her son-in-law Corey Jacobs; her siblings' children, Tonya Crouch, Denae Majors, David Milstead and Benji Taylor; her great-nieces, Baelee Crouch, Natalie Green and Presley Green; and her great-nephew Dillard Taylor. She is also survived by several cousins and close family friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Shriners Hospitals for Children or Meals on Wheels.
