He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Jenkins and Leonar C. Woodard Jenkins; and his son David Jenkins. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Fowler (Bill Hobbs) of Altamont, TN and Dustin Morris (Miranda) of Rock Island, TN; his grandchildren, Serenity Bivens (Cayden Newby), Donovan Fowler, LeeAnn Hobbs and Ellie Morris; his great grandchild Oakley Newby; and his brother Pete Jenkins of Knoxville, TN.
