He is survived by: his wife Bettye Jo Ervin Clark; his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Karla Clark of Clarksville, TN; his daughter Kaye; his son-in-law Terry Connor of McMinnville, TN; his sister Mary Nell Clark Williamson; his grandchildren, Jacob Clark, Rivers Clark, Allison Whitaker, Baylee Connor, Katrina Clark, Dawn Evans and David Evans; and his great grandchildren, Connor Whitaker and Tripp Whitaker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
