He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Harrell; his sons, Randal Harrell (Ashley) and Andy Harrell (Marianne); his grandchildren, Chip Harrell, Hannon Harrell, Henry Harrell and Annie Hale Harrell; his brothers, Earl Harrell and Dan Harrell (Becky); and his siblings-in-law, Sarah Ramsey and Terry Hines (Sonia). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
