She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy L. Reynolds and Janie Addelene McClain Reynolds; and her brother Philip Reynolds. She is survived by: her husband David; her siblings, Phyllis E. Reynolds of Cookeville and Frank M. Reynolds (Sharon) of McMinnville; her cousin Nancy Helton (Steven); her nieces and nephews, Beth Delk (Craig), Joseph Reynolds, Amy Eldridge (Andrew) and William "Burt" Reynolds; her great-nieces, Rachel and Margaret Delk; and her cousins, Christopher, Kristin, Steven and Lindsey.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Nursing Home Christmas at Willow Brook or NHC.
