She was predeceased by: her parents, Newton Alex and Rose Lee King; her husband Gerald Jakie Wanamaker; her siblings, Patsy Nelson, Dewey, James and Eb King; her granddaughter Amanda Wanamaker; and her great grandchild Joseph Austin.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Lewis (Clay) of McMinnville, TN and Randy Wanamaker (Brenda) of McMinnville, TN; her grandchildren, Gail Wanamaker, Tisha Parker and Kristy Dodson; and her brother Joe King of Beersheba Springs, TN. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the High's Chapel (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
