She was predeceased by: her husband Enoch Smartt Ramsey; her parents, Hubert Allen Dillon and Marguerite Crick Dillon; her stepmother Faye Dillon; her sister Nancy D. Stubblefield; her half-brother Frank Reynolds; and her siblings-in-law, Billy Stubblefield and Martha Elizabeth Crichlow.
She is survived by: her children, Lynne Ramsey-Guerrero of Columbia, SC, Tricia Robinson (Robie) of Chattanooga, TN, Allen (Tricia) of Gallatin and Sonya Rawlings (Mike) of Houston, TX; her grandchildren, Jake Robinson (Ashley) of Palo Alto, CA, Dallas Guerrero of Columbia, SC, Delaney Guerrero of Atlanta, GA and Colton Ramsey of Gallatin, TN; and her niece Mary D. Koelbl.
