He is survived by: his sons, Jason Burks of Lascassas, TN and Matthew Burks (Susan); his grandchildren, Theo and Stella Burks; his siblings, Eddie Burks (Betty) of McMinnville, TN, Rickey Burks (Lisa) of McMinnville, TN, Nina Hicks (David) of Manchester, TN, Anna Sue Johnson of Dickson, TN, Teresa Campbell (Trent) of McMinnville, TN and Linda McGregor (Steve) of McMinnville, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Donnie Prater (Johnnie) of Tracy City, TN, Patricia Smartt (Mike) and Mae Prater. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
