Larry C. Medley Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Larry C. Medley of McMinnville, Tennessee. Larry, born on February 16, 1939, passed away on July 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Dolfard Medley and Essie Marjorie Boley Medley; his wife Dorcas Medley; his son Gregory Clark Medley; his son-in-law James L. "Jimmy" Basham; and his siblings, Lucille Medley, C. D. Medley, Tom Medley, Clyde Wayne Medley and Doug Medley.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Basham and Shane Medley; his grandchildren, Montgomery Basham, Will Basham, Carter Medley, Corbin Medley and Brycen Medley; his great grandchildren, Maverick Basham, Reagan Basham, Avery Kate Basham and Max Basham; and his sisters, Judy Watson, Kathryn Clingman, Cherry Fitzgerald, Melba Young, Kay Jennings and Carolyn Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and family friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Larry's memory may be made to Relay for Life or to Tennessee Children's Home.
