He was predeceased by: his parents, John Luna and Alice Young Luna; his wife Eva Elizabeth Cantrell Luna; his son Tony Luna; his grandsons, Gregory Graham and Tyler Graham; his sons-in-law, Rex Graham and Earl McCarty; and his siblings, Will Luna, James Luna, Arie Luna, Cloie Keith, Mattie Franks and Alma Jaco.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Thomas (Scott) of McMinnville, TN, Tammy McCarty of McMinnville, TN and Terri Templeton (Howard) of McMinnville, TN; his grandchildren, Amy Lynn Templeton Jones (Jason), Jaclyn Davis (Corey), Josh Graham, Mike McCarty (Shirley) and Marrita McCarty (Chelsey); his great grandchildren, Kassie, Laklyn, Kayleigh, Natalya, Mia, Kiptyn, Briggs and Mayson; and his caregivers, Jackie McCarty, Rachel McCoy, Pam Lance and Sonya Reese. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
