He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Fann; his sons, Jason Mark Fann (LaDonna), Shawn Fann (Kayla) and Adam Logan Fann (Ashley); his siblings, Terry Fann, Vicki Jeffries, Kevin Fann (Kerri), Patrick Fann and Christopher Fann; his brother-in-law Webb Jeffries; his grandchildren, Brittney Daniel, Jorden Dennis, Noah Fann (Odaysha), Easton Fann and Kate Fann; and his great grandchildren, Spencer Daniel, Londyn Dennis, Easton Dennis, Emma Fann, Reece Dennis and Banx Fann.
