He is survived by: his father Mike Turner (Phyllis) of McMinnville; his stepbrother Bill Bates (Amy) of McMinnville; and his cousins, Kris Kirby (Kristy) of Murfreesboro, Chelsea Thomas (Dave) of Murfreesboro and Courtney Holmes (Jordan) of Murfreesboro. He is also survived by his family, neighbors and friends.
