Stoner (Lloyd); his siblings, Linda Darlene Frasier, Cheryl Tabor and Gary Frasier; his father Sammie Frasier; and his siblings, Debbie Rogowski, Samuel Frasier Jr. and Darryl Frasier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
